I really don't think any of them are great cards... The first and last Lugia cards require too many energies and, even if someone used alot of special energy cards, you'd have to discard them. The middle would be alright if the attack always did damage, but there's a chance nothing will happen... They look cool, but they wouldn't be great in battle.

1st one:

3 for 90 isn't that bad, but the cost and the discard are just stupid. Lugia ex > this in basically every way.

2/10 Good for trading to 8 year olds if you want to be mean.

2nd one:

The attack cost is just way too high. Furret TRR does basically the same thing for 1 DCE.

3rd one:

The first attack is void when your opponent decides to stop attaching energies or retreats. The second one is just too costly.
The body is nice, though.

None of these are really cards - super expensive attacks + low damage or stupid discards...

2.5/10 to all of those.
