Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

Good power, however it doesn't help itself... But it's attack is absolutely a joke - a coin flipping attack with the cost of 3 different types of energy = WTFness, and it's not even good because most times you'll be flipping a 40. Anyway, who actually plays a deck of LWF in the first place? - Not anyone I've seen in a serious match... (Haven't seen many playable 3 color decks at all, most were fun ones like Eevee decks.)

5/10 - Keep it on the bench for the power is all good.

    Hmm...LBS, anyone?

Anyway, this card has some damage potential if you're good at coin-flipping, but I think the Fossil version would be better. The Power is so-so (Wailord EX = 0 retreat cost!), and no weakness, which is good, but no resistance either, which is really odd as Dragonite usually has at least the fighting resistance characteristic of flyers.
