well I have some fishing shinies but I do not know what the ivs are. also since you are cloneing them :/ cant you do a random act of kindness and take the gardevoir? I mean you can just trade it to someone else for a shiny with 5-6 ivs
 
I have a Shiny Togepy that I let someone hatch shiny for me. Its Ivs are 31/x/31/31/31/31 Modest. I will trade him if you will clone him and send him back for me.
