Can I figure out who gave me bad rep?

    Someone gave me one for my thread that was a joke.
     
    Origin Forme, your thread was absolute spam (which is against community rules) and therefore, bad rep was completely reasonable. The reason you cannot see who gives you rep is because as soon as someone is given rep that they think is unfair, they'll throw a hissy fit.
     
    People are going to spell a username wrong every now and again, get used to it.

    And yeah, jokes are okay, but do you really have to make a completely pointless thread that gave me the impression that you were a troll at first? No, you didn't. Everyone can have their fun, you just need to know when and where to have it. I'm not giving out to you, all I'm saying is that whoever gave you negative rep did it for a reason.
