    For an EX Pokemon with just 110 hp and weak to the now common psychic type (and don't forget, those anti-EX Wobbuffets are psychic types), this is fairly balanced. Don't forget that nasty retreat cost too.

    Another perfect production with both artistic talents and complete TCG balance... can even fit very well into the actual game.

    well it's strong, but 3 energy is, like frosty pointed out, nasty. If you wanna save its neck, you sacrifice its next attack. :( But it's strong and well-done. wow!
     
    Lugia Card

    The first attack is a tad strong, but overall, a really well made card! Definately a 9/10! My highest grade so far!
