    Ok man, but only if I can keep a copy of the Kingdra. The vitamins only give the first 100 EV's for every stat. When they won't have any effect it means you have 100 EV's in that stat. The other way to EV train is beating wild Pokémon. Specific Pokémon give specific EV's and you can increase the amount of EV's by 4 with the Power Items (Power Bracer, etc...) and double it with the Pokérus. (if you don't have the Power items, Macho Brace would double the amount of EV's) So, Starly gives one speed EV. If you have a Pokémon with Pokérus holding a Power Anklet it would gain 10 speed EV's for beating Starly (1+4)x2=10. If it was holding the Macho Brace you would gain 4 speed EV's 1x2x2=4.
    Here are some Pokémon that give one EV:
    Attack: Machop; Stantler; Scyther
    Defense: Geodude; Onix; Rhyhorn
    Sp. Atk: Budew; Ralts; Gastly
    Sp. Def: Tentacool
    Speed: Starly; Pichu; Spearow; Ratatta
    HP: Biddof; Shellos
