Hard to make out the finer details in a photo as opposed to a scan, but the only thing that immediately jumps out as fishy to me is the missing embossing at the very top of the illustration. If it were misaligned, I'd expect there to be some embossing on the bottom of the frame (similar to what we see here, but going the opposite direction). This card is worth quite a lot, so I'd be skeptical if they're not asking much for it. There are some very convincing proxies out there.
