I play 2 of these in my deck with Pidgeot. He stays on the bench and is for backup incase 3 of my pidgeot die. Hes stays on the bench most of the game, but whne he comes out he can do some serious damage to all pokemon on the field.

oooh...I love ambient noise. No matter what happens, it a potentially crippling attack for only 2C. Nice.

Ooh, very nice. Ambient Noise can cripple a team very easily. He could work as a small tech in a deck, in a way similar to Winner's suggestion.
