Actually, it is. You can see the word "Stadium" in the top-right-hand corner. It's in the name too. *Shot*
I play an all-Psychic deck. And this is a total lifesaver of a card. Even when I used to play half-Psychic it was a stunner.

Oh, if only the old Base Set cards were valid for play; many of the Psychic cards back then would have needed this card. Now, it's not that much a big deal. Maybe that's just what I've seen.
