Meh, too flippy to be of any real use. Plus, Tail Blade only stops Trainers, and not Supporters. As for Poison Tail, there are better Poisoners.

Yeah, effects are flippy, but the damage thankfully isn't. Besides, with 80 HP and high enough damage attacks, it can do things at the beginning (i.e., stall or attack). It's all good.

7/10.

It's ok early-game basic. But beyond that it's just meh.

That, and it's a D/P poison type. BOO TO THE PSYCHIC SWITCH!
