The PokePower is quite good, but your opponent chooses how to switch the Pokemon. Sleep Poison is deadly, and Sharp Leaf is decent. Still, 70 damage isn't enough. 6.5/10

If the opponent has bad pokemon, great choice
cos they could have no energy cards

First attack is delaying the second attack and I hate
when you have to flip a coin

Nah, the "Your opponent choose which defending Pokemon to switch" is for double battle. So it's just a Gust of Wind, kinda.

Beyond that, it's like what everyone else said. Nice card with the attacks. Odd power though.
