They look good but here's some crit for the first evolution it's head looks curved to the side maybe you could fix that one up a bit. For the final evolution you did a good job on that one i have not crit for that.

I agree that they're pretty ugly and lack form, but if you look at them closely they don't lack shading, i guess i should have stuck to pokemon pallettes though. As i find these really ugly because of theyre colours.
