    Hi everyone,
I found a 2003 reverse holo Gyarados card in an old collection. Looking through the internet, perfect graded examples were on for £400. Ive uploaded a photo but the card is in bad condition with multiple creases but I thought must still have some value. I thought there might not be any point in getting it graded? Does anyone have any idea what I should price it at or do with it?
    Many thanks,
    Jack

Ungraded copy of the card in mint condition goes for about $60 in Mint condition, as that's the reverse holo of the non-holo version of the Aquapolis Gyarados.

In that condition, I think you would be very luck if it sold for $5 at present, and it's not worth grading, as grading only seriously boosts sale prices for cards with at least a 7 or 8 grade except on the most sought after cards like Base Set Charizard.

Honestly, you're better off just creating something like a "Certified Crap" gag grading insert yourself and buy a grading screw case just to have a gag piece in your Pokemon TCG collection to show off. Would be way cheaper than having it graded, and probably a fun way to salvage the fact that younger you didn't take good care of your cards.
