Legendary Karma? (in a good way)

I don't know how to say this, but a few weeks back I posted how I've been encountering legendaries in the "WTF Moment Thread". However just the other day when I was playing Emerald, I came across Latios.

It's only been happening since two weeks ago, so I don't know if anyone has had this type of luck sprout up suddenly. xD

It's a roamer, so there's a chance of you randomly finding it. What are you trying to get at? I'm not really understanding. Karma =/= randomly finding a legendary

Its actually about karma
Every pokecommunity member knows that your post count has a direct correlation with the amount of roamers you see in your games

So you should do what any American would do with this kind of opportunity
Exploit it in every possible way :)
Say you can find legendaries in people's games for low prices it will totally work!
