    I got the idea from serebii.net forums. The point is for a veteran member to show the newbie around, and teach him/her stuff. SImilar to adopting. So, newbies who wanna get adopted, and experienced members who wanna adopt, come here and say so.

    But isnt that the point of the welcome threads? to say hi and offer help to newbies?
    I guess im also not so keen on the idea of directly taking ideas from serebii's forums..
