It's back! Everyone's favourite block-smashing sandbox took off with a "sssssssSSSSSS-- BOOM!" during Get-Together #8, and now it just refuses to die. Our community world has thousands of hours of contributions and keeps growing! Why not come join in the fun and play some games with your fellow PokéCommunity members?

Minecraft Mondays give us an opportunity to take on bigger community-based projects, like large-scale exploration missions, building a new town from scratch, or even populating a new world.

Note: All events start at 7pm US EST. To convert that into your timezone, click here.

Upcoming events:

August 15th: Build in the sky! Aetherea is our gorgeous cloud-top wonderland, and we'll be taking the entire server in there to get our build on. Don't miss it!

August 22nd: Operation Nether is a-go! Ever thought of building a town in the nether? We're crazy enough to do it, and we want you to help us! Bring your stone and get crackin'.

We run CraftBukkit with a number of plugins, providing various functionality from chest and building protection, to shops, multi-world and more.

AnyoneSleep -- One person sleeping skips the night for everyone.
Azimuth -- Extended compass functionality, accessed via right click.
BananaChunk -- Resends chunks to prevent chunk errors.
BananaMaze -- Allows mazes to be generated at will.
BigBrother -- Logs and keeps track of everything. Nowhere to hide, griefers!
CraftIRC -- Enables cross-chat between Minecraft and #thepokecommunity.
Essentials -- Provides maaaany features including shops, teleporting and admin commands.
HeroicDeath -- Shares humourous messages when someone dies in-game.
MineBackup -- Backs up the server daily to prevent data loss.
Nethertopfix -- Stops players getting stuck on top of the Nether.
NightLand -- Keeps our night world, Elysia, in a constant state of darkness and thunder storms.
Permissions -- Allows advanced permission control for users.
Runecraft -- Lets you make magical items in-game. For a list of runes, click here.
ServerSave -- Saves the server every 10 minutes to prevent data loss.
SimpleChestLock -- Allows you to lock chests, dispensers, furnaces and jukeboxes with a stick.
SpamHammer -- Mutes spammers players who talk too much. Don't worry, it's temporary!
WorldEdit -- Allows for powerful world manipulation to create very pretty landscapes.
WorldGuard -- Protects buildings from destruction with a few commands.
XCraftGate -- Allows us to create and travel between multiple worlds.

Minecraft Monday

To add to what's already here, I've decided to take a few screenshots of what our server looks like at the moment! Places featured are New Madeira, Orabelle and Aetherea - the last two of which are under construction and are key places for our upcoming Minecraft Mondays events!
