    As the title says, what can the PC supporters can do and we normal members can't?
     
    ^ Actually the blog is after 4,000/5,000 posts. (Bleh, can't remember)

    There are a few other perks you can get too that aren't actually mentioned on the supporter benefits page. For example, I know tier 1 can also use pictures for profile background, and 80.0 KB for a custom avatar.

    The 5000 post threshold isn't related to Supporter rank, so it's not listed.
    $10+ donation is another way to get a blog and that directly pertains.

    Also, pretty sure that Supporter status in general allows you to use images as backgrounds for anything on the profile, which is why it's not listed under a tier.

    So it would be assumed/make sense that you get it at tier 1. It's probably something that should be listed if everything else is.
