    I miss the wacky uncertainty of the Base Set's Raticate myself but with all these effects, you can't sass these results.

    Even the new Dark Raticate is better than its original. The producers like Raticate all of a sudden?

    Incredible...but you probably need all 3 cards for its Pokepower...
