Overall pretty good, but IMO it needs more HP. And, it being Electric/Steel is... Akward.

I like the moves, but the card is kind of hard to see because its too blurry. 7/10

Indeed, scan needs to be bigger.

Anyway, nice to see a PlusPower type of power, haven't seen those in a while.

Hyper Beam is nice and defensive but I don't like the coinflipping odds.

Good thing Confusion is wrecked so it can't hurt itself too much eh?

The art is gorgeous, which isn't something I say much.

7/10 to round off. It can do some nice damage.
