I gotta tell you, pure piece of evil.

As long as you can keep this card in play, basically you can short circuit the development of EX Pokémon on the field. And if you do this early in the game it's practically yours. Shame it doesn't cover benching.

So if you run a deck full of Burners it's still only a 4/10? Honestly, only Solarys could give such a two-dimensional rate...

Agree with everything there.

The only card I run that burns is two Typhlosion delta, and this Stadium still rocks the house. :D 8/10 for me.

That's why you don't play it until you have a Pokemon that can abuse it, duh. Or...play against a player that doesn't use Burners, which I'm sure that there are plenty of.
