Actually the Precambrian period is when the earth was covered in hot lava and was surrounded in poisonous gases.no life yet.Mezozoic era is when the dinosaurs arouse.we showed up by the end.

Yes.I guess we could say that the Earth was really unedible for any life to form.In the beginning,the Earth was a lava filled planet in poison gases in the atmosphere.But the Earth cooled early life was formed in the seas.
