Its knda like Ruroni Kenshin but with robots.

Is the storyline good?

Well yes, I dont remember well but the main character dies and then gets sent to heaven and then his friend decides to avange his death and kill the person he killed his friend. then the dead friend says that he will get some special training in heaven, meanwhile on earth they will hold a zoid battle so the friends has to win to revive his friend. kinda like that
