Hi Kana. Umm yeah I think I read when you asked Rock Lee to make it. Its nice though.Good Job Rock Lee.^^
 
You make a new file and then you set the colors to black and white, then you go to Filer>Render>Clouds and then you take a brush and brush away do this once and then make a new layer, then you do it again but set the layer opacity to 80% and set the light to "Soft Light" and do this however many times and then set the colors and you're done. If you need more help I'll tell you how on a PM.

Well it was more of a comic con than an anime con xP

I got the chance to cosplay as Lee-san though, it was cool to be a part of the convention. Then I had to do a little exhibition match with Sasuke but i lost because there's no way I can use my lotus but he can use his chidori, the dude who cosplayed sasuke really knows his stuff xP

So how's Miss K today =[D
 
Thats sweet, you know I never realized how many people like comics, there were some good comic/mangas, I liked the new anime they have a manga now, its called School Rumble and I adore it <33
