Hello Everybody, Welcome to the official thread of PC?s soon to be best newspaper. Previously a lot of attempts at making a newspaper at PC have failed, but this one is surely going to rock you all by bringing the best news from all over PC right at your Forum-step. With about 5600 members, we have almost unlimited scope and we are going to use just that. Please vote which name sounds best - Times or Records. I will request a mod to change the thread name later.

This thread is for the hiring of the staff. I will be Chief Editor here and will accept good writers and idea generators, marketers. We will accept writers who specialize in one particular forum, good writers who write the top news & Headlines, those who give ideas and many more. All Staff will be chosen by me and whoever is the assistant editor. For being a member of the staff, you should have been a member for at least 2 months and should know about the forums. If I see your posts and they are good, you will be hired. If not you will be asked to write up a creative mock article.
For the assistant editor spot, you must be a member here from at least August or September, must be known something around PC, must visit at least 4-5 Forums and have good posts, grammar and English.

CC is writing a newspaper? Wow... I would help out bgut I already am behind on my school's paper. CC I recommend you reading or at least know more on how to actually put together a newspaper, or at least know what the guidelines and ethics are. Even if its online, and at random from here everything has to be follwoing those guidelines. There is copyrighted facts too. So that can also be a problem since if you publish it as a thread here and then someoen looks online like on google for something and you sused something without copyright you may get in trouble. I know this cause I am incharge of copying editing of the newspaper at my school. And its alot of work, but hey its just an online thing your doing but still I suggest you try to know more facts. Just a wise advice from an experienced pal.
