Chihara
The region of Chihara is a man-made island off the coast of Johto and Kanto. For five years, Pokemon and Humans alike have worked together to build this land from a single island, which is now in the center of this developing region. Representatives from the four regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh compose the government of this region.Migration to the continent is closely monitored and there are strict procedures to enter and leave the region for items and Pokemon. The relationship between Human and Pokemon is close, as the only natural ecosystem in the region is in the center-most island, isolated by protective groups and natural barricades.
For a time, not a single crime was committed in the land of Chihara, but all good things must come to an end. At the turn of the 6th year, a mysterious group of people arrived to Chihara, drenching the once-peaceful land into chaos. The Defense Force of the region is inexperienced, failed time and time again against the crime organization whose objective is unknown. That is until the appearance of the Saviors.
The Saviors and the Naissance
With the appearance of the Naissance, the Saviors are the last and most effective line of defense Chihara against the devilish plots concocted by the organization. Both forces have special abilities that can compete against Pokemon. The Saviors wear uniforms reminiscent of certain Pokemon species, while the Naissance's transformation is a bizarre mix between Human and Pokemon with even more feral characteristics.
The Saviors
As a group dedicated to keeping the peace in Chihara, the Saviors is a band of trainers who have the ability to transform into superheroes. Outside of fighting against the Naissance, they are said to live normal lives.
The life of a Savior is one filled with rife. They keep two identities to separate themselves from their ordinary lives as Pokemon Trainers, and the peacekeepers of Chihara. Oftentimes, these two lives clash with one another, leading to turmoil inside of themselves. As such, not many of the chosen Saviors stay for long.
The strengths and weaknesses of the Saviors are balanced between its members and come in two 'themes', so to speak. The Aigis, and the Meister.
The Aigis are more Physically oriented than Meisters. They can take more damage than Meisters and is in the forefront of every battle. They are also more emotionally stable, suffering from less penalties than their counterparts as they fight and juggle two lives. Aigis can also combine their weapons together with other Aigis, and so their strength lies on their perseverance and teamwork.
The Meisters are more Mentally oriented than Aigis, but cannot take as many hits as Aigis. They rely on speed and maneuverability to get themselves out of sticky situations. Meisters are specialists and can more easily access their Aura both in and out of battle, their special attacks are also quite fearsome, but in turn they suffer more from their opponent's attacks and their abilities rely highly on their morale.

The Naissance
The Naissance is a group originally from the Kalos region. Their true purpose is unknown, and harbor a deep secret that even their own members do not know about, but they aim to destroy the government and the region of Chihara. Their powers are an even match against the Saviors, if not surpassing them.
Even today, little is known about them, and what knowledge the populace have about them are from field operatives. Though there is bound to be more, the Saviors know of only three operatives that are replaced each time one is defeated permanently.
Queen - The strongest known field operative. Her attacks are deadly, capable of matching two Meisters in an ordinary day. Is theorized to be the leader of the field operatives.
Jack - The fastest known field operative. His quick speed outmatches every Aigis recruited by the Saviors, and he is no slacker when it comes to attacks.
Joker - The trickiest known field operative. Their abilities are unknown, and their parameters change from one Joker to another. According to one Joker, it is said that they operate separately from the other two.

Story so far:
It has been two years since the Saviors and the Naissance first clashed, and since then the two forces have been in a deadlock. The Naissance's plots have been thwarted left and right, allowing the citizens to live relatively normal lives. At the same time, The Saviors have made no progress in uprooting the Naissance from the region.Eventually, the Naissance decided to step up their operations, implementing a plan that, should it have succeeded, collapse the growing government of the region. Luckily, the Saviors got wind of the plot and moved to opposed them, resulting in a the largest fight between the Saviors and the Naissance to date.
The end was catastrophic. The Saviors managed to learn that the Naissance is after an artifact native to Chihara, but have yet to discover what it is. They also managed to finish off the majority of its underlings, dealing the first real blow against the group. It didn't come without a price however, as only one two Saviors escaped the fight with their lives.
With the battle, a stalemate has developed between the two forces, the Naissance fading into obscurity for a year, gathering their strength for the next battle. The Saviors must regain their number if they even want to have a chance to stand up against the Naissance again.
But Naissance will not rest for long. The time has come for the only remaining Savior to choose the next Saviors and train them. Discreetly, the Savior sent out invitations to five people with the potential, hoping that they will take up the harsh role as the next Protectors of Chihara.
What to expect of this roleplay
Typical Shonen/Shoujo tropes. No, really. As you might expect, this is a Power Ranger/Magical Girl role play in the Pokemon world. If you've seen Sailor Moon, Power Rangers, Card Captor Sakura, then you'll know what to expect of this role play. The twist here is that both sides are controlled by the players. A Savior may make a Face-Heel-Turn, and a Villain may turn to the good side, it all relies on the players. If you have plans for your character, Message me and I'll help you implement it into the game.
As for the NPCs, important NPCs such as the Defense Force, Government officials, Pokemon Professor are all controlled by the GMs unless the players have proven themselves capable to manage other characters while keeping them in-character, and with permission from the GM.
Like all stories of this Genre, not is all as it seems. The Naissance does have a goal, what it is will be revealed in due time. This is a Chapter-based Role play, so certain objectives must be completed to proceed with the story. One thing in common among them is that the Saviors and the Naissance must clash at least once every chapter, and whoever wins in that chapter will influence future events.
When fighting, expect that aside from a well-motivated Meister, a one-on-one fight between Naissance and the Saviors will end with the Naissance on top. This is also a Narrative story, but the characters have 'stats' for character comparison. If a C Strength Savior is in a deadlock against a B Strength Naissance, the Naissance will win in a straight-up fight.
With that, good luck. Craft your own story!

Name: Ariel Bellamy
Age: 13 Years old
Gender: Female
Profession: Movie Star
Appearance: Her chestnut-brown hair is cut an inch above the shoulders, framing her wide green eyes. Her skin is fair, and her slim figure stands at 4'11.
Ariel is almost always found wearing at least one hair accessory, be it clip, band, or ribbon. From time to time, she can be seen with a hat or a helmet.
She often wears a purple or gray double-breasted coat with a white shirt poking from underneath the neckline, a white pleated skirt, black stockings and brown or onyx boots. Sometimes she wears a necklace to go with her outfit and a scarf during windy and cold weather.
Personality: Ariel has D.I.D., Dissociative Identity Disorder, or better known as Multiple Personality Disorder. She is normally passive, polite, and a passionate worker. She has a sweet tooth, trying (and failing) to imitate her best friend in making all kinds of desserts. Ariel is adaptable, and is capable of holding herself in battle. She is also a bookworm, and can work machines quite well.
Ariel has another, less dominant personality. It is of a rash girl who wouldn't hesitate to deal bodily harm to anyone who thinks any less of her, even if it was something as minor as her candy being less delicious as one bought in a store. Oddly enough, this 'side' of her personality has better cooking skills than the more passive one, if less skilled in battle.
History: Ariel is a resident of Kalos, born and raised. She moved to
After that fateful day, she vowed to train the next generation of Saviors, and eradicate the Naissance from the continent.
Allegiance: Saviors
Position: First Meister (1st Generation)
Gijinka Species: Gardevoir
Transformation Phrase: "Magical Aura, Release!" Ariel reaches her right hand out in front of her, before pulling it back, as if grabbing something, and then sharply throwing it to the side. She holds that pose as a bright light envelops her body, her limbs and torso lengthening like a Pokemon's evolution. After that, she swirls around as her suit appears, the beret to pop in last. "Dimension Dancer!"
Weapon of Choice: Rapier
Transformed Appearance: As Dancer, she is much older, appearing to be in her mid-teens. Now standing at 5'4, Ariel has green hair and ruby-red eyes, her skin also turns a tone paler, like alabaster. As her suit, she wears a green dress and white, double-layered skirt of differing lengths. Her inner skirt is short, only reaching mid-thigh, while the longer one reached past the back of her knees, opening up in the front. To top off her outfit, she also wears a white beret that flares out at the back.
Ability: Telepathy (Pixilate)
Moveset: Calm Mind, Wish, Psyshock, Moon Blast, Psychic, Future Sight, Ally Switch, Hyper Beam
Likes: Sweets, her Pokemon, Saviors, Acting
Pet Peeve: People she knows in the Naissance, People who don't like her Cooking,
Pokémon:
- Dratini
- Chansey
- Aerodactyl
- Piplup
