Looking for a Good Forum

    Hello there. Call me Eden, Cedar's the surname to this alias. I am a girl, who is 16 years old, and the title there tells you why I am here. See, I want more friends. And I like Pokemon. And I have a Pokemon roleplay I'm working on, but I don't know where to host it. Put all that together, and you get me being here.

    I have done a Google search and looked through countless Pokemon forums within the past hour. This one appears to have a very good layout that is easy on my eyes, seems intelligent and fairly active, and friendly at first glance. Of course, I'm the type who says to myself: "Learn by doing!" Thus I have joined to get a better grasp of this community, and see if it is indeed the right place for me. Also, I want to be a part of something, and contribute somewhere. There is a lack of that in my life.

    So enough of all that! Who am I? I am a person who rambles on at length. The color orange is my obsession. I've been roleplaying for over 5 years. Uh, I draw art of a moderate skill level. I am vigorous, passionate, and relentless at my pursuits, and take things rather seriously. But I'm also capable of joking around and having a fun time, when I'm not being ridiculously shy and running away from the entire world because fear. (Yes, all of you people are scary to me right now. I don't know you, and I don't know what you're going to say.)

    I've been a Pokemon fan ever since Generation I and enjoy the series for its monster design and the amount of stories and lore you can build around its expansiveness. My favorite Pokemon of all time is Braixen, because it is a cute orange fox witch and one of the most adorable things that has ever existed. I identify with Braixen as well, and see it as being the most fitting Pokemon for me, using it as my Pokesona. It also helps that my favorite types are Psychic and Fire, and those are two types I think I'd be if I were a Pokemon.

    Also, although I really love Pokemon and have enjoyed it for the longest time, my favorite video game is a little known one called Beyond Good and Evil. My favorite character from said series is the avatar I am currently using. That is Jade and I identify with her more than any other character that has existed.

    Lastly, I have a very.. avid.. love life dating sims for the win!
    There you are. To me, this was but a short taste and example of my long-windedness. Now, react to me, unknown community, and we will see what happens next!
     
    Welcome to PC! If you like to roleplay, check out the Roleplay Theatre board, there's a lot of people willing to do roleplay with you. Anyway, I like the whole Fennekin line as well, I knew I was gonna pick it for X/Y ever since the games were announced, and I really like the Fire/Psychic typing. I've never played Beyond Good and Evil myself but I've been meaning to do it for a very long time, and I think there was a sequel announced in E3 so I guess I'll check it out.

    Sounds like what I did years ago when I returned to PC! Checked a few Pokemon forums but this one was the easiest on the eyes. We have some lovely forum themes here. <3 Nice to meet you and welcome, Eden!

    Welcome to PC Eden!!! You seem very nice, I like you already ^.^! ^^^^^^Me personally I love Delphox. She was the first starter I ever used in Y version on my very first play through. I got so lucky I was amazed to get a female on my first try!!! I was so happy! I'm obsessed with American Horror Story so I named her after one of my favorite characters on that show Fiona Goode. My entire team was named after AHS: Coven Characters haha. Delphox is so powerful and majestic. I love looking at her sprite, she can kick some major butt, and her cry is really cool! Man do I love me some Pokemon :P. {XD}
