Ok, thread is resurected, so here comes a new front post

I started the hack years ago, released the alpha.


I then continued the hack, but then cb got popular, and pirated. I am now burned at the stake if i say that i made the hack (no one believes me anymore :( )
Anyway, its been two years, and there MAY be work happenning to it.

What are the cheatcodes for Chaos Black
I would tell you, but i prefer people to wait for the next version.

Is there an alternate version of chaos black? (like ruby to sapphire)
Justice White will be released at the same time as the final version of chaos black.

Before CB, i was making a hack named Supreme Evolution (SupEvo For short). It was a hack of gold.

How do you get through Mt Moon?
You can not, that was the end of the beta.

Why would you sell an incomplete game?
i didn't, pirates from maylasia did. I dont get a single cent of profit off them, and i dont condone anyone buying it. Just play the rom.

If you really are its creator, i want to see a signed letter from nintendo asking you to make it.

Personally? I hate it. Its more of a proof of concept version really.

Chaos Black Beta 2 Questions
Will it still be called pokemon chaos black?
Chances are it will be called Pokemon Chaos Black: Echoes of the Temporal, in order to diffretiate between the versions

When will Beta 2 be released?
One day.

Where can i download it?
Its not out yet, so nowhere.
But when it is, you can lurk around and find it

What will be new in it, compared to beta 1?
1) Redone maps - The old ones sucked.
2) More new pokemon - The reason people play chaos black.
3) Pokemon more origanal - changed stats, and all images changed.
4) some tile changes - makes the game prettier...
5) New events - why not?
6) new music - If your lucky (but you probably wont be)

hey, what does AAM means?

Looks great, I remember you was a newbie to romhacking and only know how to sprites. which have Fudge to do all of the hacking work for supevo approx 2 years ago.

Now, you know how to romhack with fudge's help...hehehe....

Can't wait for the games.

BTW: The only two Mew3inc related hacks's current production have been known yet for the time being - Alexandrite and Alpha.

and "the don, CB and JW have been a m3 hack for ages as he does a fair bit of the hacking and stuff (plus more proof is here https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/33273), and i havent been able to announce se to m3 as he hasn't been online for a while :P

EDIT!!!!!- AAM interactive is the name of MY incorperation. I made a page on the hack team thread, and am waiting approval. The name has no real meaning, altho i do remember its origin, but i prefer to keep it a secret.

Ok, recently i was in the region and thaught i would take some snapshots of my trip (where you will be able to go in the beta)

First off was my home of espout, a quite little town with many rocks. Apparently the champion of the pokemon league also lives here.

My house

Theres the champions house, bigger than mine :(

Thats the lookout rock, and an old hermit lives in the gave over there. Never seen him out of there

South is route 9, but we wont worry about that yet.. Maybe next trip.

Next we headed north, and just like in the alpha, route one was hard. If not harder (you see, its to try and stop the n00bs)

The first town i reached was Overtre, a very "green" town

When that was over, i headed west over to Route 2. Nothing much here, so i rushed through it.

Next was route three, with a day care center, and a bridge that is there for, uh, seemingly no reason.

Wow, what a fun trip, next up it seems is Pothim City, Split into two sections, the pokemon trainer area downtown, and a "high end" housing area up, complete with a museum that is seemingly identical to the one in pewter O.o;

East again, to you guessed it, route 4. Very grassy, but generally boring :(

Route 5 was equally as boring, apart from that guy who kept moving in my way, and that lone house.

Ill continue the info next post (or maybe not) where i go through two caves, and two routes, just to get from Overtre to Moro Town. (where the beta ends)

This is SOOOOOOOO awesome, Keep it up, Aviex. Do you know that you can change the connections, map sizes and tilesets in Advancemap/Elitemap?

the connections have been changed, and i tried changing a tileset but when i did that, i was unable to open the rom in elitemap so meh. ANd i have no need for changing map sizes.

-.- alot of people have said that but I personaly think it would be esyer this way (i mean i presume you are using basicly the same maps for them) so its faster to work on 3 at once rather then one at a time...
