    There's been many Pokeballs introduced in Pokemon throughout the years, each having their own special effects and capture rates. So what Pokeball would you create if you could?

    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be?
    2. What would it's special effect be?
    3. What would its design be?
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc?
     
    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be? Hyper Ball
    2. What would it's special effect be? Maximes 3 Random IVs (Would not pass down through breeding and it would not affect any already Max IVs)
    3. What would its design be? A golden ball with "IV" sketched over the button
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc? Would be bought in expensive amounts. (Around 2,500 Plaza Points)
     
    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be? Prime Ball

    2. What would it's special effect be? Easier to catch rarer Pok?mon found in the wild (ex. if its appearance rate is 5%, it has a 95% catch rate)

    3. What would its design be? Like the Premier ball but the lining is blue instead of red

    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc? Scattered throughout region or given 10 of these or could only be bought from one vendor (kinda like Kurt)
     
    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be? Healing ball.
    2. What would it's special effect be? Slowly regenerates health as you walk.
    3. What would its design be? An all-white ball.
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc? Hidden items and some NPCs give them away.
     
    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be? Counter Ball (I dunno a better name)
    2. What would it's special effect be? The success rate increases by 0.5x (up to 5x) each time an attempt to catch a Pokemon fails.
    3. What would its design be? Dark Red/Brown/Black
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc? Late in the game, only a few found in the wild.
     
    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be? Archaic Ball
    2. What would it's special effect be? Increased catch rate for ancient Pokemon, certain Dragon types, legendary Pokemon etc
    3. What would its design be? An old, cracked Pokeball with a dark brown colouring.
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc? Found in ancient caves and similar areas around the region, e.g. Cave of Origin
     
    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be?
    Magnetic Ball
    2. What would it's special effect be?
    X4 Catch rate when catching with Steel-type.
    3. What would its design be?
    Grayish on top and dark grey on the bottom
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc?
    Pay same price for other special pokeballs

    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be? Hyper Ball
    2. What would it's special effect be? Higher catch rate on Pok?mon with raised stats (ie, Pok?mon that have used a stat-raising move or something similar). Would pair well with the move Swagger, as you could increase the wild Pok?mon's attack by two stages to raise the effectiveness of the Hyper Ball, then use it next turn.
    3. What would its design be? A blue top and white bottom with wind graphics arranged haphazardly.
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc? idk probably just at shops like normal
     
    Ah, this reminds me of some ideas I had back in middle school. I remember making an Egg Ball for hatched Pok?mon that resembled Togepi's egg and a Vine Ball that unraveled to catch Pok?mon.

    Not sure what sort of Ball I would make nowadays...

    Heart Ball
    2. What would it's special effect be?
    Normal catch rate, but pokemon become more friendlier and slightly increase affection
    3. What would its design be?
    A magenta and lavendar color
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc?
    Found only on Festival Plaza after rank 25. Also if your lucky to get them from festival lottery shop when it's higher level.
     
    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be? Shiny Ball
    2. What would it's special effect be? Increased catch rate for shiny Pokemon
    3. What would its design be? A standard Pokeball with sparkles and a star in the centre in place of the standard button.
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc? Chance of a shiny Pokemon holding one when caught.

    Breed Ball
    2. What would it's special effect be?
    Catch rate of x2.5 when catching a pokemon with the same egg group
    3. What would its design be?
    Blue on the top, Button is orange and bottom is pink
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc?
    300 Pokemiles.
     
    1. What would the name of the Pokeball be? Dual ball.
    2. What would it's special effect be? Double the catch rate of dual-type pokemon.
    3. What would its design be? Diagonal slash in the middle with a colour gradient of grey to red.
    4. How would the player obtain it, shop, hidden in the region etc? Sold in 1 shop in the region for double the cost of 1 pokeball, or the cost of 1 greatball, whichever is cheaper.
