Is this OU or UU? If it's UU, Alakazam is banned...if it's OU, you're going to want to scrap stuff like Parasect...

Alright, I've never critiqued before, so sorry if I give any bad suggestions.

With your Kingler, why don't you put Crabhammer instead of Surf? If I'm right, (and I'm not sure if I am ;)) then Crabhammer could also get the +Atk boost off of Sword's Dance.

Also, your team is kind of Dark-type weak. It's better than being Water-weak or something, but there's only two Pokemon with fighting moves and one of those moves doesn't have a very good accuracy.

Again, this is my first critique, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt, this is just my opinion.

Massive Tyranitar weakness. It hits most of your team for super effective, and frankly, I can't see you doing much back. Kangaskhan could come in, but if it gets in a Dragon Dance, it'll not be able to outspeed him.

Remove Parasect, and replace it with something like Suicune, Machamp, or Swampert. Suicune could nicely handle Salamence, Flygon, Tyranitar AND a host of other offensive threats that really rip into this team:

You could opt for CroCune, or just go plain Sleep Talk. Overall, good team.
