So my roommate, a random league player, and I decided to play a weird 3 way battle out of boredom today. Came up with something fun and interesting. Basically the rule are (for those i can remember)...

-6 Prizes for each with standard bench.
-Basic starting rules and win conditions. (Though running out of pokemon in play has yet to be decided)
-The Turn order is either Clockwise or Counter-clockwise and fixed through the match.
-The player can only attack in the direction of the "Rotation" order. Basically Clockwise or Counter-clockwise. The "Rotation" order is reversed for each time a knock out occurs. (Does not switch twice for a single Ex knock out)
-Each player rolls a Di (preferably more than 6 sided) highest number goes first. Second highest goes next thus deciding "Turn" order and initial "Rotation" order.
-Card wording is very important. Examples:
~"Each Player" means everyone. (N or Escape Rope)
~"You and your opponent" means you much choose 1.
~"Each of your Opponent's pokemon" means all pokemon in play that are no yours. (Weavile's Hail attack)
~"All pokemon" means every pokemon in play. (Seismitoad's Seismic Punch)
-Spread damage that doesn't specifically say all pokemon or all opponent's pokemon, can only target the opponent in the current "Rotation" order.
-Special rules were made for certain cards or effects.
~Colress has to choose one opponent to count benched pokemon.
~Energy Crush Attack (or others like it) only uses energy/pokemon from the opponent you are attacking to fuel your attack.
-Between Turn (Poison, Burn, Sleep) effects only activate before and after that players turn to prevent poison damage from being crazy.

The game we played took a little longer than normal but it took a lot of planning and is quite unpredictable. What makes it interesting is that it take more thought is you can only attack in 1 direction. And when you land a knock out the aggression from the player you knocked out is now directed at you. Allowing them a chance to revenge knock out. The "Rotation" order is constantly changing making it more difficult to plan ahead.

    Any thoughts on this?

Yeah it was pretty fun. I ended up doing nothing but Hailing every turn to the point i almost got 3KO in 1 turn, but lost my last weavile 1 turn before i could do it.
