A card that can work on it's own and with others. Nice fact about it. It can be any Pulse for Cheer Up second effect. 50 HP is not bad but it's not great either.Negative Icon is useful and makes up for the 50 HP haveing reducing attack. Power Bolt is useful out of all of them bu it has many options.XD
Fair stats. Can be used competively but then agian not.

[Great Chikorita]

Not bad. This card can be a Bench Killer. Attack effects are also good. 8/10.

 

[Charaxes]

Kyouraku summed it up nicely. Although I think this is my first POP promo series card, and quite the card.

I do find it odd that more and more are getting three attacks. Rather makes the Rocket's Mewtwo and the Neo R holo Ho-oh seem so passe and overall lose their uniqueness. Sighs. Progress.

Yes, it does, actually. Maybe we'll have FOUR attacks with the 4th Gens!
