The Art I love. This has to be one of the top 5 uncommons from the set. No reteat and a reistance. Well the basic reistance Psychics get. The Poke Power is just the same as it's ability in the game. Strange but obivous. 70 HP is average for a 1 stage pokemon so it's good and it's attack has no limit to it's damage but it severly depends on your opponent. It can work well in this game. 8.6/10

I usually don't apreciate Yuka Morii's art very much, but this one is very cool indeed!

70 HP is okay for a Psychic Stage 1, and Xatu's HP have been rounding 60-80 HP so...
Mirror Coat as a Poké-Body, I believe is getting more common, since the first one ever, on Neo Discovery's Wobbuffet.
Dazzle Dance is a common Psychic Pokémon attack, just 1 energy of any type, with a good effect, causing the opponent to retreat or KO...
With just 1 Psychic energy and a random energy, this Xatu can cause 30 damage base, and 30 more damage for each Supporters, Pokémon Tools and TM's your opponent has in play*! And no restritions!!
Bottom status are good, since fighting is a common type on decks nowadays. The fact is that Lightining Pokémon are being also very used to counter common water based decks, so I think there is a problem...
No retreat cost alied with the low energy cost make this a good card, especially an attacker on the early game. 8/10

*I believe Stadium Trainers on play affect the whole field so aren't belonging to one player. And normal Trainers are played and then sent to de Discard Pile, so...

I love the Pokebody and thats very usefull. I love when the Pokemon are made out of clay or whatever that is. Psyloop looks good. 8/10
