The first attack is just another copying move with a better name, and its effectiveness is too dependent on the opponent. The only difference is that you can choose benched cards' attacks as well, but you still need to have enough energy to use them. In other words, it's completely useless if you and your opponent play totally different classes, because then you can only copy those generic attacks with only colorless energy in their cost.
Rainbow Wave works pretty much the same way - you'll need to be playing the same classes with your opponent to actually do any damage, unless you want to put 1 or 2 energy cards of each class into your deck (then it's not really a deck anymore)... It's funny how Rainbow Wave doesn't benefit from Rainbow Energy cards...
HP/Class/RC are all OK, but the Psychic weakness is a pain because they'll be more common in D/P sets.
4/10 in formal play;
7/10 in fun or joke decks (e.g. 6-color decks)
