    It would have been better if the second attack doesn't damage self because its HP is only average... Apart from that, it's a decent card with a good resistance and free retreat.

    5.5/10 - it needs more HP to use the second attack.
     
    Good resistance, average HP, attacks aren't great. Weakness is pretty good though, there's not too much Grass around that I can think of.
     
    HP: OK 1 - point
    Attack/Type: Good - 2 points
    Weak: OK - 1 point
    Retreat: Good - 2 points
    Restitance: OK - 1 points

    Overall 7/10

    This card is a pretty good uncommon.
