This card is more of a collector's item; it is quite useless in games because its only attack that can do damage requires you to discard a Pokemon card from your hand. Although you can get it back with the first attack, it is often not worth the trouble, plus you still need 3 generic energy to execute the second attack, and even more if you are trying to copy a strong attack.

The first attack is somewhat useful for retrieving cards, but the same can be done with a lot of Trainer cards, without costing you a turn.

HP and RC are good for a basic, but the attacks are just not worth using.

2.5/10 - only good for collectors; not practical in actual games.
