Just want to make sure it's the very best it can be. Why? This team has only 4 Members.
I'm planning on something like this...

    Blaziken
Fire Blast/Flamethrower (where do i find tm?)
    Sky Uppercut
    Aerial Ace
    Dig/Earthquake

    Salamence
    Dragon Claw
Fire Blast/Flamethrower (whatever Blaziken doesn't get)
    Earthquake/Thunder...(if blaziken gets earthquake)
    Fly

    Sharpedo
    Surf
    Waterfall
    Crunch
    Ice Beam/Blizzard

    Gardevoir
    Calm Mind
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Flash...?/Hyper Beam...?/Hypnosis...?
yeah stumped on that last move

Anyway I just wanted to have four Members so that I could keep my levels just a bit higher. But, Because there is only 4 Members, I wanted this team to be the best it could be. So please give some feedback! Thanks

Use Flamethrower and Earthquake for Blaziken.

And use Flamethrower on Salamence as well. Salamence also does not learn Thunder, so I'd go with Crunch/Dragonbreath in place of that.

Also, you can't catch Bagon until extremely late in the game, so I assume you have an alternative option in place of Salamence until then. If not, Flygon is a decent choice.

Use Hypnosis for the final move on Gardevior.

Finally, Ice Beam over Blizzard on Sharpedo.

Flamethrower is worth 4,000 coins in the Mauville Game Corner. And instead of actually playing the games, you can just buy coins untill you have enough. Ice Beam is worth 4,000 coins as well.

I'd go with Flamethrower and Ice Beam only because they're more accurate than Fire Blast and Blizzard.

ummm... I REALLY Hate the game corner, and those coins cost ALOT of money to buy. I suppose I'll try, isn't there some place you can find one flamethrower TM for free? (I know I'll have to buy one of them). If I can't get Flamethrower I'll just use Fire Blast. Ice beam shouldn't be a problem though.

I think the Game Corner is the only place to find Flamethrower and Ice Beam. If you're short on money for coins, you can use the Match Call feature to refight trainers and rack up some cash...

Of couse, you can only rematch trainers after the 5th Gym...

Match call is in all 3 RSE games. The VS seeker is in FRLG. I've checked.

And what's your replacement for Salamence? You probably need one until you can catch a Bagon.

Well your pokemon are OK, exept Sharpedo.
Sharpedo is fast, and has high attack, but fails miserably when it comes to water attacks. Not to mention, that it's fragile like glass, so it WILL get pwned a lot!
There are a lot of Water Pokemon in Sapphire, so if you can't get Milotic, use Lanturn/Gyarados/Kingdra/Walrein!
Now about attacks: Blaziken can rip right through E4 if used corectly! Make him have:
Brick Break(much more useful than Sky Uppercut!)
Blaze Kick/Flamethrower (if you don't get the TM, Blaze Kick is pretty decent replacement!)
    Aerial Ace
No Earthquake (You really don't need it), use Slash/Bulk UP(You could use both, but I suggest Slash)

    Salamence
    Flamethrower
Brick Break/Earthquake (I suggest BB, but EQ is very useful aswell)
    Dragon Claw
    Fly

    Gardevoir
    Psychic (your main attack)
Calm Mind (use it 2 times and you're good to go!)
    Thunderbolt (type coverage)
    Shadow Ball (For the ghosts)

    2 HM buddys
Kecleon - Strenght, Cut, Rock Smash, Flash
any water Pokemon - Surf, Watterfall, Dive

The money WILL NOT be problem, cause you'll collect more than enough money along the way to buy the TMs!

    Good luck!

    Gardevoir
    Psychic (your main attack)
Calm Mind (use it 2 times and you're good to go!)
    Thunderbolt (type coverage)
    Shadow Ball (For the ghosts)
1: You do know shadow ball is physical in Gen III right?
2: Where would I get a shadow ball TM?

Also, I'll use earthquake on Salamence since Brick Break will be on Blaziken. Same for Blaze Kick on Blaziken since Flamethrower will be on Salamence.
For a water type I'll probably go with Gyarados, cuz it's fairly easy to get a high level Magikarp once you get a Good Rod. Ending moveset something like:
    Hydro Pump
    Thrash
    Dragon Dance
    Blizzard/Ice Beam
    Maybe?

RSE Gyarados is rubbish. It has such a limited movepool compared to 4th gen.
Get yourself a Walrein and have it know Earthquake/Surf/Ice Beam/Rest.
Just make it hold whatever the berry is that will wake a pokemon up from sleep straight away. Have a supply of them to use whenever you have to use rest in battle.
Surf will be your basic water attack.
Ice Beam to take of your grass weakness and dragons.
Earthquake to take care of your electric weakness.
    Rest to heal any damage.

    Yeah Walrein evolves from Spheal.
The Earthquake TM is in the Seafloor Cavern.
There is only one. Hit up serebii and work out if you can chain breed it into the egg moves of your pokemon.

Yeah, which means... there is only one of each, and Blaziken already has Brick Break, which leaves Salamence with Earthquake, which means Walrein cannot have earthquake. I need an alternative, Body Slam, Toxic, Iron Tail, Waterfall, really anything in it's moveset not already taken by anything else.

Or I could go with another Water type altogether, there's Still Wailord, Lanturn, Kingdra, and, if neccessary, Milotic.

Lanturn might be a good option.
    This for a possible moveset;
    Surf/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Rest

Same deal as before. You just don't need to cover the weakness to electric so we can change Earthquake to Thunderbolt.
    Surf for STAB.
Ice Beam to cover the grass weakness as well as dragons.
Rest to heal damage. Use the awakening berry as a hold item.

Try and get Volt Absorb as the ability. You get 25% HP back everytime you get hit by another electric attack and go for Modest as the nature. Its beneficial towards Sp.Atk and decreases Attack.
Since that moveset is based solely around Sp.Atk it would be the way to go.

Kingdra has a VERY poor movepool in Gen III. So cut it right out of the equation.

Wailord I wouldnt bother with either, if it was up to me I would be using Earthquake on it. For the same reason as Walrein.

To be honest, most of the water types in Gen III have really bad movepools. I dont know why, there are so many water types, but there is only a few that can be any decent.

You can always go with Fly/Crunch/Dragon Claw/Dragon Dance as a moveset for Salamence and use EQ on your water type.
Its up to you. There's always options.

Edit: If you want to keep EQ on Salamence, then I would go for Lanturn as your water type. It'll do the job for you + cover the electric attacks you might need to beat the Fortree City gym.

I'll stick with that, because Chinchou is available ALOT earlier than Spheal

Though I once again have the lottery corner issue, having to get multiple Thunderbolt TMs. But now that I know about the trainers Eye rematch thing, that shouldn't be a problem anymore, nor will leveling be a problem. thanks alot guys! I've got it covered from here!
