Wouldn't it be gen1 + gen 2 since Johto's regional dex is basically that.

Even though I haven't got a set team in mind, I can see Suicune wreaking havoc in this tournament. With its insane bulk, and access to Snarl, it can threaten major attackers like Tyranitar and Mega Salamence, who I both suspect will be pretty common picks. Celesteela and Garchomp will probably be everywhere as well, and it'll probably get to the point where people will recycle their VGC17 teams and just add Johto Pokemon onto them.
