I call useless, and the weakness doesn't go with the pokemon type (even though it's exDS).

Energy Loop is underpowered. It should do 70-80, not 60, You'll just waste your time here if you have cards that can do 50 damage that costs 3 energy without a return/discard energy effect. 6/10

Darkness eh? That's new.

At least with the Energy Loop, if it dies, you wouldn't lose the much ballyhooed Dark energy. The right cards will help with its survival plus 70 HP isn't so bad. Like the previous Speed Deoxys, seems the cards would do much better in an Unlimited format, more so with the DEC card.
