Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

Good HP for a Stage 2. Life Drain is good, even for a flip. Shadow Dance is a good follow-up as well. I'm not too keen on the weakness, though, but the resistance is alright. Good retreat cost as well. 7/10.

Flavour text is too weird though. Too full of errors for me to care.

Ohh...naughty...just imagine softening opponents up with this then bringing in that Sand Damage Flygon for the kill (by means of Shadow Dance's switch-out effect). >D With the combined power of Life Drain and Shadow Dance that should be two KOs at least (assuming your opponent has a benched basic). Normal resistance is never wrong, although that dark weakness might be more of an issue since the dark energies have become basic now. HP is good enough and RC is allright. 8/10

Genger definetely has decent HP, and you can simply use Life Drain and Shadow Dance to KO pokemon VERY easily if you get lucky while flipping. Then Gengar will be retreating it after those two attacks (even though it'll take two turns at least). That normal resistance is nice, protecting it from the normal powerhouses and some other Pokemon. Low retreat cost also helps, however since dark energy and dark pokemon became a bit more common since darkness energy became basic, it's quite costly playing it against a dark type monster with a decent attack.

Definetely useful if you have the evolution chain and something such as one of those Flygons, however it's a bit risky playing psychics up against dark types now, so I'd have to give it a 8.5/10.
