    Bay Dance is a useful attack wih hardly no cost to it. Thpugh it takes 2 turns to prfect it can become a one hit knockout move. One of the best attacks from this set. Though I rebember a attack like his before. Aqua Sonic is one that is seen from several water pokemon. I rebember it starting from EX:Ruby and Sapphire or Vaperon from EX:Sandstorm for the 3rd generation of pokemon. So nonthing new about that attack. Though it is effective and only requires 1 non colorless energy to use. It's own type. Everything on Pelipper is good all around from the top to the bottom.(though the art is a bit odd)

    30 plus damage as a Poke/body if followed right? The move is okay I guess but I wish it was (60 though) and I like the disign so
