The Dexoys aren't that great most of the time but form change can prove to be useful.
Teleporpation Burst isn't even optional so that can screw up badly but 20 damage ins'y half bad for 1 electric energy. o;. 60 hp is a bit too small for a basic pokemon that does evelove. Not bad but not great.

I love that artwork, so foreboding.
Like Kaji, it's good as it's a Switch with damage. If only Baby Pokemon had the original Baby power, then it would make a good early game wall/attack. But it doesn't, but still, one can dream. It's a nice staller with the right barrier cards: Dragon Shedinja, the Mr. Mime Ex and so on.
6.5/10. To round off.

this card is sad, the move Teleportation Burst with 20. Thats shocking 3/10
