Thunder Kick, may work, but really unoriginal...*coughblazekickcough* Levels higher than 100? No. Then stats like blissey's HP would go out of control. It would kill WIFI battling. Milky...how...original. It would have to be a pre evo that fits both tauros and miltank, and again, unoriginal, but I like the idea of a pre-evo for the two. Ghost-steel makes absolutely no sense, unless you'd care to explain its appearence. More info would help, like base stats or moves or something. Sableye needs an Evo though, but it would need to be worthwhile...not like honchcrow basically.
 
Here's another idea of mine:

Cafby
Type: Normal
Height: 1'4"
Weight: 124.7 lbs
Abilities: Thick Fat/Huge Power
Evolution: Tauros (if male), Miltank (if female) - it evolves into one or the other at Level 26
Pokedex:
D: Despite it's small stature, it's so strong that it can easily send a Graveler flying.
P: This Pokemon evolves diffrently depending on it's gender. It does love MooMoo milk with a passion.

What do ya think?
 
I like it, but its the same as most Tauros/Miltank pre-evos, because they're not much else you can do for them.
 
One of the best I've seen though. Well organized, logical, better than Happiny...so I like it. I think no pokemon REALLY need pre evos, but w/e. How about a pinsir evo!

Scarby
Larvae Pokemon
Type: Bug
Height: 1'1"
Weight: 2.5 lbs
Abilities: Shield Dust
Evolution: Evolves into Lucoon at Level 6
Pokedex:
D: Although young, this Pokemon will eat it's own weight in food every day. As it eats, it grows bigger.
P: After eating for two weeks, it will grow at least twice as big than when it was born. The food prepares it for evolution.
Origin: Scarby is based on a stag beetle larvae. It's name comes form scarab and baby.

Lucoon
Pupa Pokemon
Type: Bug
Height: 2'6"
Weight: 17.3 lbs
Abilities: Shed Skin
Evolution: Evolves into Pinsir at Level 10
Pokedex:
D: Being immobile most of the time, this Pokemon edures harsh weather and such before evolving for the last time.
P: While it's a Scarby, it will search for a save crevace or area where it is most safe, then evolve.
Orgin: Lucoon is based on a stag beetle pupae. It's name comes from Lucanus, which is the genus name for stag beetles, and coccoon.
 
Im sorry, but dont we have enough Larvae into Pupae Pokemon? I believe there are 3 sets right now, Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple, which has 2 evolutionary tracks, which could make it 4. Its kind of hard to invent something new thats a simple bug life line.
 
No, its still a good idea, its just been overused. If it had good stats and movesets, it might be BL, almost OU. the others were always there too often at the beginning of games, if this was rarer and better, it would make sense, were you planning a 3rd evolution?

Grass-steel, not a good combo, but a cool one. Cancels 4/5 grass weaknesses. The names are weak, I know.
 
Haha, fire would kill it. More information, appearance, whatever would be nice.

The Vulture Pokemon
It has a kind of fuzzy head on a long neck, with wild eyes. It has a curved beak. Its purple in colour, except for its white head. Long talons, and a fairly wide wingspan.

Evolves into

Condyrt
Dark-Flying
The Condor Pokemon
Looks much larger than Vultrior, with sharp eyes. Its feathers look sharp, and jagged. Its beak is now overly curved, and its colour has turned from purple, to black. The males have got combs on there heads.
 
Oh, I like that. I think breloom could have a cool evo. Not much of an upgrade, but a cool evo.

Yep. The final form was supposed to be Pinsir.

YAY! Thanks, The_Chatot_Pirate. It's supposed to be rarer than Caterpie, Metapod, and Wurmple. It's supposed to be be about as hard to find as a female Combee. :)

And, also, you've been a good friend to me ever since I joined. :) :)

Oh, I had a cool new idea! Evolution of Sableye holdign Bright Powder at night.

The Night-Vision Pokemon
See's everything around it at ngiht perfectly, but has the eyesight of a mole during the day.
Appearance, has large diamonds for eyes, and long anntennae with lenbs on top to put over the eys. Stands staighter, and more confident than Sableye.

So,Pikachu, can I add you to my friends list?
