Because "dodging" in the anime is basically just when the other pokemon misses you in the games.... There's no need for an attack that's pretty useless...

yeah but in the anime they can dodge EVERYTHING even moves like areail ace, whitch is why u shouldn't really mix anime w/ the games cauz they are like different ya know

exactly, because in the game there is actual probabilities of things, in the tv show they can dodge everything cuz it's the main character's pokemon...and main characters in kids tv shows NEVER lose anymore hahaha

yea, since they probably wouldn't have room for "CHARGIN' MAH LAZER!!1!"

I think a 3rd evolution of Koffing and Weezing would r00l:

Chokking
TYPE: Poison(/Dark or /Ground?)
Ability: Levitate
Attacks: ...same as Weezing? only maybe add some?
Evolution: Koffing > Weezing (lv 35) > Chokking (level up @ mt. coronet/dusk stone/happiness @ night?)
 
u kno what would be cool? a pokémon evolving from unhappiness! like u use something as a frustration pokémon, and u keep it's happiness value at 0 with bitter hold items and letting it faint all the time. Then u get it to level up and u get like idk, 2 extra happiness points and then u zap them away with energypowder! then the battle is over and then ur like "holy crap!!! it's evolving!" and it's this really mean thing that is born from hatred but kicks ass!

P With A combination of water and fire if u attack this pokemon it can transform into boiling water so it is nearly impossible to strike
T This pokemon has really high attack and defesne but its sp atk and defesne is really low

i actually think that's a really cool idea, then the move Frustration would work better hahaha
