How about a move that combines Double Team and Smokescreen? A move that decreases everyone's stats all at once? A splash that is fire type and has a cool fire animation? A move with 5000 power and 1% accuracy that Machamp can learn?

No, we aren't getting any of it.
 
hmmm wont they ever make the evolutions of the forgotten delibird, farfetchd, and pinsir? (although pinsir not forgotten)

1. There shouldn't be a 4th evolution for ANY pokemon
2. this is even more rigged than arceus...the pokegod
3. The name is too much like venusaur...
4. An attack called frenzy cannon? 250 power? same as explosion? must wait one turn after? Gamefreak as fixed some attacks in different types like hyper beam, rock wrecker, frenzy plant etc. so this will be a giant, humongous, oversized NO

Ghost, Psychic, and Dark doesnt even go in a three way counter

Macharoo -dark/fighting

25 - Rushing Force (full body attack like Quick attack but more Powerful) - dark

37 - Hi Jump Kick

Level 40 it'll evovle to the Adult Kangaroo...

Bustaroo - Dark/Fighting

40 - Thunder Kick, Ice Kick, Fire Kick
45 - Glare
50 - Rising Power -Dark (raises its attack and hits foe on 2nd turn)
55 - Detect
60 - Drop Kick -Fighting (Jumps up in air, if misses damage to yourself)
 
well i for certain think there are wayyy to many legendarys that are psychic type.... we need a thunder type legendary
 
Ok then here are the Legendaries for the 5th Gene. Game.

The Legendary "cats" of Dartmoore Mountain.

Thunder/Dark - Purjanya - An ancient cat that is said to be summoned from a thunder cloud over 10,000 years ago. It discharges electrical energy when it is sad and lonely.

Ice/Steel - Isapurta - An Ancient cat that is said to have been created in a Snow Storm. When it comes don from the mountains it causes a Blizzard. It uses its tail to sense for danger. When annoyed it scratches in a fury.

Fire/Rock - Mulcipur - It is said that it was formed from a mighty volcano 10,000 years ago when a Skitty acidently fell into the volcano. It lives and thrives in hot humid areas. When it wants something it usually crys out in the middle of the night.

My idea for legendaries for the 5th generation would be based off of the four mythological Chinese beasts. This is what I would name them.

Blagenbu(Ground/Dark; based off of Genbu the Black Tortoise)
Vermaku(Fire/Flying; based off of Suzaku the Vermilion Bird)
Azuryuu(Water/Dragon; based off of Seriyuu the Azure Dragon)
Whyakko(Steel/Poison; based off of Byakko the White Tiger)
 
I thought of an attack called LEAF SLICE! The Leaves slice then they go really fast and cut the Pokemon.

I wanna see an evolution for Gyarados, Gyrarados is bad a$$, but, he needs an evo, something huge, very long, and scary... (LoL, I'm just thinking about how that sounds if you were toread just that! LoL) Anyway, its needs to be foracious, , just something, awsome and scary, becuase Gyarados is my Favorite Pokemon!!! ^_^

A big shark evo from Sharpedo.

Also Vulpix needs a pre-evo, in one of the Poke Dex entries, it said that when it is a baby, its pure white, and some other stuff. So they are just prolonging a pre-evo for it.

Hmmmmm..... Oh O_O, I know! Sudowoodo!!! He needs to look like a gigantic oak tree for an evolution. Or just a big tree. And make it part rock/grass That would be cool

Also, they need a evo for Relacanth, maby a bg preostoric fish, with sharp teeth!!! ^_^

2 Event Only Pokemon for the game would be.

Flying/Poison - Bruehalse - It is said to be the Guardian Pokemon of the Temple of Dartmoore. When the ancient gong sounds it tells that this pokemon is near the area. Its tears are the only know Antidote to its poisoness talons.


Electric/Psychic - Iroquois - It is said to be a pokemon of Myth in the future. It travels thru time and space to undo any mistakes that have accured by time travelers. It can cause a black out when it is near a town.
 
Chatot pre evo name should be chitchat
 
The region could be Tokohu, above Kanto. and Just Below Hoenn.

The Gang could be Cipher.

Professor Thystle a Female who gives you your Starter. She just Graduated as a Pokemon Professor! You start in Chiba Town.

Your rival could be your Twin Sister/Brother.

Gyms: Locations

1st - Grass: Yokohama City
2nd - Flying: Urawa City
3rd - Electric: Maebashi City
4th - Ground: Utsunomiya City
5th - Water: Mitto City
6th - Psychic: Fukushima City
7th - Dark: Sendai City
8th - Dragon: Akita City

Side Cities -

Yamagata City. Ancient ruins/Ancient Pokemon Legends.

Morioka City. After Defeating Elite 4. Battling Arena, Tranfer park, ect.

Aomori City. 2 Legendary event Pokemon area.
