you know I'm a sucker for ghost Pokemon especially since this one is about a Banette and thats my favorite Pokemon :P and I really love this idea a lot, nice moveset. Also you should put the [you know how Dusclops/Dusknoir can have the Element Punches] Yea that will be awesome as well

Not sure what you meant, but it learns a different set of elemental punches - Shadow Punch, Drain Punch, Sucker Punch. I think those three can hit anything.

It had Bind originally, but I gave it Constrict instead for some reason, then realized they didn't have the same effect.

Needs more effect moves, I think.
What does magentic mean? I'll assume magnet. And the name is too long. Magnet Pulse would be good enough, plus it's too strong.

I like the idea overall, though. There hasn't been an Ice-Steel yet, however, the 4x weakness to Fire and Fighting would make it severely weak to the likes of Infernape :(

I think it should learn Bullet Punch instead of Mach Punch, just because you said it can shoot itself at high speed, and it's made out of metal.

Some other attacks are: Agility, Icicle Spear, Extremespeed, Glare and Mean Look.

Bleh I cant spell. And its a legendary, I siad it was a legendary idea, but wasn;t very clear I guess. I also didn;t include TMs, where it would gain strength. And those attacks do fit, but Im too lazy to put them in anywhere.

agreed, but the 4x weakness to Infernape... but thats one poke.. and everythings gonna have a major weakness... i like the idea overall and the visual i have of it seems really cool... Ice/Steel seems like a freakin secksi dual type to me. Magentic Pulse would be more balanced with say 90acc along with the 2nd turn... but the idea is pretty solid :)

In that case, remove Tackle, move everything down one, until Ice Punch and replace the level 27 attack with Recover.

Is this Pokemon Physical or Special-base?

Fester should have 5 PP and lower accuracy...burn lowers attack too, so it should be weaker than toxic PP and acc-wise.
 
if burn doubled in strength every turn it would be vastly over powered
