Hmm. I haven't decided.

Ampere: Electric / 5PP / 40 Power / 100 Accuracy / Physical / Overloads the Pokemon with electricity, causing it to become extremely powerful. If you used this attack last turn, its power is increased by 100%, but its accuracy is decreased. If the attack misses, you take damage equal to what would have been done, and the power and accuracy reset (If you don't use all of the power you're storing up, it explodes). Once you attack with 640 Power, you faint.

40 Power / 100 Accuracy
80 Power / 85 Accuracy
160 Power / 70 Accuracy
320 Power / 55 Accuracy
640 Power / 40 Accuracy

Ampere: Electric / 10PP / 120 Power / 90 Accuracy / Special / Channels an electrical current at the enemy over the course of 2-5 turns. You lose 1/8 of your health per turn (You only lose 1/16 of your health per turn if you have used Charge prior to attacking), however, this health is returned after the attack ends.

Ampere: Electric / 15PP / -- Power / 100 Accuracy / Physical / Charges at the enemy at full speed. Depending on the Special Defense of the enemy, this attack either increases or decreases in Power - a higher special defense than physical power of this Pokemon causes a decrease in Power, while a lower one causes an increase in Power (Ohm's Law :)). It bypasses "Physical Tanks" with low Special Defense.

And here are three new attacks:

Conduction: Electric / 5PP / 40 Power / 100 Accuracy / Physical / Charges the Pokemon's body with electricity, causing their next Electric-type attack (and / or Pokemon Ability) to have an additional +30% chance to Paralyze the enemy and a +50% chance to critical hit. Also raises Special Defense.

Resistor: Ground / 25PP / -- Power / -- Accuracy / Other / If the enemy attacks the user with an attack move, then that attack's stat (ie. Earthquake - Physical Attack lowers, Psychic - Special Attack lowers) goes down two levels while the opposite stat rises two levels (ie. Stone Edge - Special Attack rises, Earth Power - Physical Attack rises).

Charge Pulse: Electric / 25PP / -- Power / -- Accuracy / Other / Paralyzes the user.

And a Pokemon Ability:
Overdrive: When Paralyzed, this Pokemon's Speed stat is increased instead of decreased.

And a random one:
Parasomnia: This Pokemon can attack while Asleep, but its Speed and Power decreases when doing so.

Appearance-Is tall, about Garchomps height, and has a long face with a circular mouth and small beady eyes. It's white, with dark blue stripes through its very shaggy fur, and has three dark blue claws, and a long tail with a sharp point.

Berserk*-When HP is below half, all Ice type moves have double power
Chronic Freeze-User freezes itself and reheals all damage done, and is stuck in the arena for 2 turns, but can;t take damage while being there, after 2 turns, it defrosts.
 
Chronic Freezes seems a little much... but i could see that working like rest maybe if it didn't have the immunity to damage. as for berserk... also a bit over powered... moves like blaze/torrent/overgrow only increase damage by 1.5 when health is below 1/3

New Attack!

Effect: The user takes a short break by switching out with another teamate. As soon as that teamate has had it's turn, it will switch back to whoever used the move and have all of it's HP and stat changes restored.
 
The problem with it being Chronic is the fatc that it gives the opponent 3 turns, 2 being frozen and the one being used, to switch in Pokemon and increase stats, it leaves you stuck there, and I ment to lower berserk to being raises FIGHTING not ICE moves by 20%.
 
Freeze ice type move
same thing as protect but you can also attck your oppent because ur a oppent freezes for amount of turns depinding on the type

if ice is weak against a type like fire then this works for 0 turns
if ice is ok aganist a type like normal electric or psychic then 1 turn
if ice is super affective against a type like grass then 2 tunrs
if ice is double super eefective like grass flying 3 turns

the same way that you can use Worry Seed which changes a pokemon's ability to Insomniac... you use it to your advantage to get rid of an opponent's pesky ability or aid your parter in a 2v2... or aid yourself when using the move after it. a really basic battle strat. Target does not necessarily mean your opponent remember
