One problem with Millispeed, the move changes are WAY to different, evolutions and the smaller pokes usually have about the same sets.

Nincada to Ninjask gives it like 15 new moves +______+
    I was exaggerating.

    SET LEVELS FOR EEVEELUTIONS
    • 0 - Tackle, Tail Whip, Helping Hand
    • 8 - Sand Attack
    • 15 - Weak Elemental attack
    • 22 - Quick Attack
    • 29 - Bite
    • 36 - Stronger Elemental attack / Non-STAB attack
    • 43 - Stronger Elemental attack / Non-STAB attack
    • 50 - Last Resort
    • 57 - Support move (Stat-modifier / Status / Defensive move)
    • 64 - Heavy Stat modifier (eg. Acid Armor, Screech, Scary Face, Sunny Day w/ Leaf Guard, Hail w/ Snow Cloak)
    • 71 - Ultimate Elemental attack move

I say we just call it Pukeon.

Sure it can. It just won't be able to learn Roost, and it will be the only pure-Flying. Though I'm not sure about what happens when you are brought down to the ground with Iron Ball or Gravity...

Aeoleon was supposed to be a Cloud-form Eevee.

I suppose you want me to make a Rock-type Eevee then, since the other one was Ground / Rock, with more Ground-type characteristics.

    Eroseon or Boldereon/Buldereon or Stoneon
    Rock
    Iron Head

    -- Tackle

    50 Last Resort
    57 Sandstorm
    64 Rock Polish
    71 Head Smash

I'm going to change some attacks for Litheon:

    Litheon
    Ground
    Rough Skin

    -- Tackle
    -- Tail Whip
    -- Helping Hand
    08 Sand Attack
    15 Sand Tomb

    57 Mud Bomb

my only problem with that... is that rough skin on a ground type would be kind of over powered. as a Sharpedo user i know how good Rough Skin is. i don't see a ground type having low enough defense to balance Rough Skin's power.

there must be a sharpedo evolution there just must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mega pedo type dark/water ability mega rough skin = if opponent does a super effective attack on megapedo theres 20% chance the opponent will lose 1/4 of its hp

evolves from sharpedo at level 90 and learns shark bite at level 96

    shark bite
    power 150
    pp 5
    acc 55%
    type water

description a horrible bite that could confuse (30% likely) the opponent or paralyze the opponent (10% likely)

rofl ummmm my Sharpedo owns enough as just a Sharpedo... i don't even think i'd be able to handle it if it evolved to be even better pokemon

You don't see a ROCK type having low defense.
Sure, there are Ground-types, and some have pretty high speed instead.
