lol thats a good idea so instead of hex wat about......

Acid Rain
lowers all opponets evasion and removes any positive buffs (like howl)
from them
and hex can be an ability that lowers sp atk in the way intimidate works

OH! thats a good idea! you just struck me with inspiration as well haha. what if... there was a move like gastro acid that went for every pokemon on the field? entire field gets their abilities nullified?

evos only as a female Murkrow at lvl 35
prefered stat is special attack
weak early but worth training (kinda like my Honchkrow)

a slightly above average pokemon that relays on her ability Hex (lowers atk and special atk of opponet when put in battle) and her mesmerize atk to take down foes quickly. can be teamed up with a pokemon that can deal alot of damage or even with ones that can't.

Overall
a well rounded pokemon that works best on the offence combined with healing ones self and poisoning foes, her well rounded move pool works well together (i hope) and gives players more choice. as far as tms go she can learn most dark and poison ones as well as all flying. she can branch out to physic to utilize her powerful special atk and branch to some normal moves too.

as far as egg moves i think if a murkatal breeds and the offspring is female then that offspring can learn some special moves from the father.

Confuse Ray
Hypnosis
Wing attack
Roost
Feather Dance

These r added to make it so Murkatal can be a little more annoying but u'd have to work to get it it wouldnt be natural moves cuz tha'd be a little unbalnced


Ghost tms too
so she could learn some powerful one hitter moves and increase her offencive move pool

totally. also, you should be able to other stuff internationally, like, uh, make poffins... uh, no. But they should have something like Picto-Chat in the union room...

mind reader, except it should have a chance to poison all non-poison pokemon or something, and while we're at it, why not make an adorable pre-evo for Skitty?

I've probably used up all my good ideas. All I can think of now is a Pokemon evolution line not stopping at three species. (This was mentioned before.) I'd like to see a fourth stage for Magnemite. Or possibly starters. And, flying on Pokemon is overated. I mean can you really expect Pokemon like Smeargle, Mew, and PIDGEY carrying a human? I doubt that a monkey, a kitten and a bird that's onlt about 1 foot tall can carry a human being. Mew could mabe carry you with psychic energy but that's a different story. So why don't the electricians and architects get off their lazy behinds and build a subway system? They built the Magnet Train. And the Magnet Train defies the laws of everything by being able to travel between two countries across an ocean in seconds. Even if Jhoto and Kanto are connected, it would have to travel through different cities in both regions to get between Saffron and Goldenrod but do you see tracks? What's stopping them from building a train that runs through the country itself if they can build one that travels between countries? Today's Rant: Complete.

That's so true. Wait, Smeargle's a monkey? :\

Also, same with surfing? How the hell could Sneasel, Mukkithitta (sp) or Piplup carry a 75 lb human on its back across water?
 
I've always thought Smeargle was a monkey. Guess it just depends on how you look at it. And I think I mentioned that about surfing too. Just like fkying on a Pidgey, it seems kind of out of whack to ride a Piplup, Mew, Manaphy (Or Phione for that matter) or other small Pokemon across water, It especially seems weird riding on the back of a Mudkip. It practically has no back. And the same goes for the new HM, Rock Climb. Looking cllosely, you ride on your Pokemon's back up and down the rock wall. I understand its a video game but when you see this kind of stuff, your like "Did they think that trough at all?" Boats exist, so why don't we use them? Their excuse is "You wouldn't be able to fight people who are swimming." Anyone remember the hidden surfboard item in R/B/G/Y/G/S/C? Why don't we ride a surfboard atleast? Or rather, we swim and the surfboard is like the bike. Maybe even water skiis.

Err, i think a preevolution of meowth and skitty would be dumb.
i mean, skitty/delcatty fit with meowth/persian and glameow/purugly fits with that too
kind of like how they are all "alike" being kitties with only two evolutions in the family.
it wouldn't make sense if it had...three parts of the family. a baby evo would be useless, considering skitty IS a kitten pokemon. what would the pre-evo be like? a kitten fetus? uhhh....

i like the ideas of evolutions of Zangoose and Seviper though since they "go together" too
i wish there would be an evo of Pinsir that you had to use Metal Coat to get like Scyther since scyther and pinsir "go together" as well...
but i also don't think vulpix/growlithe need pre-evos...baby pokemon are kind of useless anyways unless there's some super special egg move they can only learn as a baby.
i'm neutral on plusle & minun considering i just never liked them anyways, they are just wannabe pikachus just like pachirisu as well XD

No....that's pointless and useless.... Magnezone is a GREAT electric type by himself as a third stage. I'm saying this because i use Magnezone also
But no offense to your idea of fourth stage evolutions, i just think fourth evolution is too much... :[
 
Um, Zangoose is an amazing physical sweeper in the right hands :/ and 4th evos are just no...MagneTON was fine. Even in D/P I used Magneton because Madnezone is ugly and stupid ;)

Hmm... why not make an evolution for Snorlax?

On second thought, no.

But thunderstone evolutions for plusle/minun would work well, considering there is only two thunderstone evolvers, both of which were made in the 1st generation (Pikachu, Eevee) Nintendo needs to make more Pokemon that evolve from the thunderstone.
