Good for a fire and electric deck

Dragon dance is good if Rayquaza is about to be knocked out

Good attacks for a Rayquaza, and average retreat cost. Needs a Fighting weakness, though. 7/10

 

[Typhlosion ex fans]

Another useless card in Emerald.

You know, Emerald has so many useless cards except medicham ex, rare candy and some other trainer.
