Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

Weak. Incredibly weak. Three Energy for that second attack is completely not worth it. Those three Energy can be put to much better use elsewhere.

Also, Fire weakness = bad. Bad = Infernape. Thus., Fire weakness = killed by Infernape.

I have this card, and I like the illustration. That's the only thing, and that's only because I'm a fan of Arita's work. I don't even like the Pokémon, it looks like an old bag.

Plus, 3 Retreat Cost? For something that can fly?

1/10. And I'm not even sorry. Worst evolution card in the set, period, and close to the worst card in the set.

I dunno, I think it's good for a mono-deck, or if you have a bunch of shift-type Pokemon. But the fact it has 120 HP for a Stage 1, it's clear it's one of those early game hitters, and take quite a lot of hits. Is it the best card ever? No, but it can have potential, if done right.

I miss the old Energy Trans Venusaur. Heh.

It's just 100 hp, and the problem is that it's not even an early hitter because by then, not enough grass energy has built up yet to really do much with its only offensive attack. Early game, you just don't need healing anyway.

Attack order really needs to be 20x to be useful... along with lowered retreat cost ><

(and I don't even like the picture o_O)

I think you can alternate: second attack early on, first attack later pretty nicely. Besides, with anything can be useful with the right Trainer cards.

And I thought it was 120 HP, got confused with Dustox. But for a Stage 1, 100 isn't anything to sneeze at. Heh.

Vespiquen is useful in a mono-type grass deck, but not for anything else. 100 HP is decent for a stage one pokemon, and Leaf Honey can help late game. However that's what it's built for. A late game pokemon. Attack Orders needs 3 energy to attack, and since it only does 10 per grass pokemon on the field, I'd rather just use the energies for Leaf Honey to heal my more powerful pokemon (Torterra Lv. X for example). I hate the retreat cost though.

Vespiquen's abilities keeps it as a healer for when it's late in the game. The retreat cost doesn't help, and neither does the fact Attack Orders does at least 10. However if you're willing to spend energy on Leaf Honey, put one in if you're running a grass-type mono. If you feel you don't need it however, then I don't recommend putting it in there just incase. It has potiential, but I don't see much use for it other than a healer.

    6/10.

i totally agree with cipher- not worth it.
